This is only configured on the QA log server.

Make all log-servers have the same config, SC-2522

There was diffs between test, qa and prod.
I dont know the reason for that, so we will try to run the same config.

Add section found in QA log server, SC-2522

This part was only present in QA (log.qa.sveidas.se) for some reason.
So will try to add it for test & prod as well to make them look the same.
Old file: log.qa.sveidas.se/overlay/etc/telegraf/telegraf.conf.d/50-http2.conf
