Support forcing a subscription state
...
Summary:
States can be:
* 0 => not subscribed
* 1 => subscribed, no alarms
* 2 => subscribed with alarms
The primary usecase is to disallow unsubscribing folders that Outlook
does not allow to be unsubscribed.
