5786172154 ACL management for DAV folders 
Summary:
Implement DAV folder sharing based on draft-pot-webdav-resource-sharing standard

We keep the DAV ACL standard implementation as an option, but this standard
does not cover the folder discovery, so we'll not use it with Kolab setups.

de3a536daa Avoid relying on the sender for REPLY attendee matching. 
Summary:
This fixes the case where we reply on behalf of someone (e.g. a
resource), and therefore can't use the sender for matching.
For both displaying the itip and processing the reply to update the calendar.

3613a3d399 Resource invitation enhancements 
Summary:
* Display RSVP buttons for resource owners.
* Adapted mail texts to make sense for new resource invitations.
* When generating a REPLY, keep track if we are responding on behalf of
  a resource, and set SENT-BY accordingly

08c4791a79 Fix missing events in "Find resources" calendar (Bifrost#T330293) 
This was a regression from fullcalendar update. Some code still expected
dates in unix timestamp format, while fullcalendar uses iso format.

7d6e1fd787 Calendar: Fix broken UI when using unsupported (old) view type 'table' (Bifrost#T206587) 
The default view could have been stored in user preferences. After
fullCalendar upgrade we switched to 'list' view instead of 'table'.
