a0ac82793b Handle recurring tasks (#2713) 
- Render recurrence form as new tab in edit dialog
- Display recurrence summary in task details
- When marking a recurring task complete:
  * shift dates and alarms to next occurrence
  * only if recurrence end reached save as completed
  * save a copy with status completed (sort of a journal)
